Notes & Reviews:

Thomas Quasthoff makes a welcome return to the music of Johann Sebastian Bach with a collection of the "Dialogue" Cantatas BWV 49, 57, and 152. Quasthoff’s last Bach Cantatas album, also with the Berliner Barock Solisten, was hailed by the press and brought the artist numerous awards, including his third Grammy® award as "Singer of the Year" in 2006. For this new collection, Quasthoff is joined by the acclaimed German soprano Dorothea Roschmann, with whom he has enjoyed a close collaboration for many years in various types of repertoire.
