Notes & Reviews:

Although these composers may not seem to have much in common at first, these contemporaries were brilliant musicians whose music is shot full of color and atmosphere. Scriabin was a loner and creator of "mystical" music; Albeniz was a child prodigy who often stowed away to engage in concert tours in other lands. These works are perfect examples of their individual art.
