Notes & Reviews:

Born in Chengdu, China, Ning Feng took up the violin at the tender age of four, giving his first performance only a year later. After winning First Prize at the 2006 Paganini International Violin Competition in Genoa, Italy, young Mr. Ning was invited to play on Paganini's own violin, the 1743 Guarneri del Gesu "Cannone." In this dazzling recital he naturally includes both the famous 'Caprice No.24' from Op.1, the lyrical 'Le Streghe' and the "Campanella" finale of the 'Violin Concerto No.2', each one heard in the arrangement made by Fritz Kreisler.

Classic FM Magazine
(...) he always sounds as though he is enjoying himself enormously. An impressive calling card.

Gramophone Magazine
Performed with this degree of finesse, Paganini's music takes on a surreal quality... it's an enthralling, exciting recital.
