Soprano Kristine Hurst debuted with the Boulder Bach Festival in 2004, and her repertoire includes rarely performed cantatas of Handel and Elisabeth-Claude Jacquet de la Guerre. Her solo oratorio repertoire ranges from Bach to Barber. A specialist in the lute songs of John Dowland, she has lectured and performed at regional, national, and international conferences, including the College Music Society, Colorado State Music Teachers Association, National Association of Teachers of Singing, and the International Congress of Voice Teachers.
