Notes & Reviews:

Dimitri Hadjipetkov is one of the most prominent of the rising stars of Bulgarian violinists. He has appeared with various orchestras and has given many recitals in the United States, Germany, France, Spain, the Czech Republic and, of course, Bulgaria. By the age of nine he had already won 2nd place in the Svetoslav Obretenoff National Competition. He later joined the studio of Professor Peter Hristoskov at the Sofia Academy of Music. Currently Hadjipetkov is Director of the String Department at the Montclair Kimberley Academy and is a member of the New Jersey Opera Orchestra.
