On 2008's LULLABY FOR MY FAVORITE INSOMNIAC, the New York City-based chamber ensemble Ahn Trio offers up an adventurous yet accessible set of classical-pop crossover tracks. Consisting of Korean-American twins Lucia and Maria Ahn (piano and cello, respectively) and their sister Angella (violin), the group performs an eclectic array of songs that includes a spare take on "My Funny Valentine" and a moody version of David Bowie and Pat Metheny's "This Is Not America."
