Michele Fiala has concertized throughout the United States, Italy and Canada as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral player. She is Assistant Professor of Double Reeds at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky and she holds degrees from Arizona State University and the University of Kentucky. She has completed a manuscript on 19th century Italian oboe music. This is her first solo recording.
