This outstanding collection of music for cello features two brilliant young Australian-born cellists and a young pianist of comparable distinction who form a natural partnership. Pei-Jee Ng was Symphony Australia Young Performer of the Year in 2001. He is a student of Ralph Kirshbaum at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. Pei-Sian Ng was Commonwealth Musician of the Year in 2007, winner of the Gold Medal and First Prize at the Royal Over-Seas League Music Competition. He is also a student of Ralph Kirshbaum. Pei-Jee and Pei-Sian Ng are twins.
