Cellist Myles Jordan was a pupil of Claus Adam, Marcus Adeney, Orlando Cole, Robert Dodson, Daniel Domb, Anthony Elliott, Mstislav Rostropovich, Jeffrey Solow, and Janos Starker. His early work included indepth study of Bach with Rudolf Schnitzler and training in the Austro-Hungarian school of string quartet building under the guidance of Lorand Fenyves, Gyorgy Janzer, Eva Czako-Janzer, Gabor Magyar, and Zoltan Szekely.
