Notes & Reviews:

Njagul Tumangelov received his musical education at the Music School for Gifted Children in Sofia and then went on to study at the State Academy of Music. He was concertmaster of the Sofia Philharmonic as well as the Austrian Radio and Television Orchestra and the Bavarian Radio and Television orchestra. He turned to conducting during the 1980s after stepping to the podium to take over for the ailing conductor.
