Notes & Reviews:
Antonio Rosetti, born in Bohemia, spent the best years of his life in Germany in small provincial towns, far removed from the music capitals of his age. However, Charles Burney, the English music historian, ranked him among the most outstand musicians of his time and the equal of Haydn and Mozart. The Pratum Integrum Orchestra performs this music on period instruments.
