Notes & Reviews:

American violinist Michael Rabin was outstanding from a very young age. His prodigious technique, combined with a unique sound (big, voluptuous, and energetic) made him into a cult figure during his lifetime, and after his untimely death in 1972. All items on this set are from live performances and most of them are on CD for the first time.
