Two of Mozart's most famous and loveliest serenades, both composed in Salzburg, are interpreted here by the young Spirit of Europe chamber orchestra from Lower Austria, founded in 2004 on the occasion of the EU expansion. The 35-strong orchestra, comprising players from across the European Union, presents the diversity of European tonal art on tour in the respective member states. The musicians give a magnificently successful testimony to their art under Austrian conductor Martin Sieghart.
