The young Moscow-born pianist, Vassily Primakov, is quite simply, one of the finest young talents we have encountered. A brilliant instrumentalist, Primakov brings an intensely musical, visionary quality to his performances. Vassily Primakov began his American career after winning First Prize in the 2002 Young Concert Artists (YCA) International Auditions. Prior to coming to the United States, Mr. Primakov won First Prize in the Rachmaninoff International Young Pianist Competition and First Prize in the Tchaikovsky Young Artist Competition.
