Notes & Reviews:

This 2005 recording on Pavane of a selection of piano miniatures - preludes, waltzes, a bagatelle, etc... - and two larger Theme and Variation works by the late 19th c. romantic Russian composer Anatole Liadov also represents that portion of his output - piano works - constituting the majority of his uvre. Since winning the 2002 Int'l Mozart Competition in Salzburg, Ms. Kikuchi has performed with major orchestras and at international festivals in Asia, Europe and America. Her love of chamber music has led to collaborations with the finest contemporary musicians and modern-day ensembles.
