Performer Composers

Notes & Reviews:

Philip Cooper performs a concert of music by composers from the central region of Germany on the Yokota Organ at Chico State University. They were composed within a span of approximately 100 years and all fall within the student teacher relationships that existed. Cooper is known for his extensive research into early American keyboard music and is considered the foremost expert on the history and development of the Pennsylvania-German organs.
