Olli-Pekka Tuomisalo is completing work on his doctorate in saxophone at the Sibelius Academy. He is recording a series called "Complete Finnish Saxophone Music," which will include the complete repertoire of music for saxophone and piano, as well as saxophone and orchestra written by Finnish composers. His appearances with orchestras have included 100 performances of works by various Finnish composers.
