Recorded live, this recital captures Pascal Roge playing the repertoire that has earned him the reputation as one of the world's greatest interpreters of music by French composers. Winner of two Gramophone awards, Roge has become one of Onyx's most successful and highly regarded artists. The seventeen tracks on Poetes du Piano range from Nocturnes by Faure and Poulenc to Preludes by Chopin and Debussy. Surprisingly, this is Roge's first recording of music by Chopin.
