La Geniale offers a variety of sinfonias and concertos for recorder, oboe and violin by composers such as Scarlatti, Vivaldi and Torelli. These works are performed Les Boréades de Montréal with star recorder-player Francis Colpron, who is recognized as one of the most talented recorder players active today. Les Boréades gives annually a concert series at Montréal's Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours chapel with acclaimed guest artists, many of which have been picked up and broadcast by CBC/Radio-Canada.
