Notes & Reviews:

This collection spans more than 30 years of performance, including a favorite teaching tour de force and a radio interview. No performances already issued on CD or LP have been included. The quality is far from perfect, but what comes through is the elegance of Gingold's playng, his long career and the way his musicianship and teaching was able to bridge two very different eras.
