Christmas Traditional
New English Hymnal
This two-disc set combines two earlier Christmas releases from Sparrow Records, 1990's The Majesty and Glory of Christmas, produced by Billy Ray Hearn and Tom Fettke, and 1998's The Beauty of Christmas, produced by Hearn again, in conjunction with Ronn Huff. Both collections feature seasonal hymns and carols done in different combinations of orchestra and choir, ranging from lush instrumentals to a cappella singing, making it a lovely set for the Christmas season. ~ Steve Leggett
