Notes & Reviews:

Third prize winner in the 16th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw (2010), Daniil Trifonov beautifully performs select works of Chopin.

American Record Guide, September/October 2013
After the initial shock of hearing the string orchestra arrangement, the concerto turns out to be excellent. As a string arrangement (by Rajski), it is fine. In both full orchestra and string orchestra versions, the interaction creates the complete effect. The balance between orchestra and piano is seamless. II is particularly exquisite. The rest of the pieces are lovely. With the 'Barcarolle' and the Impromptus (Dux). All things considered, the concerto is the high point; this is worth buying for that alone.
