Notes & Reviews:

This album is the 3rd in a series of recordings honoring the lives of those who made significant contributions to choral repertoire and music education. Boulanger was a French composer, conductor, and music educator who taught many of the important composers and conductors of the 20th century. The United States Army Field Band and Soldiers Chorus recorded this album in April '06 at Devers Hall in Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Featured works include Fanfare for Peace and Wedding Cantata. This recording is both stirring and charming.
