Chinese pianist Jue Wang was first prize and gold medal winner of the Santander Paloma O'Shea International Piano Competition. He has made successful debuts at Carnegie Hall and Wigmore Hall and has more than 100 performances worldwide as a soloist with orchestra and recitalist.

Only one or two tracks are actually worth listening to. My favorite is the tango by Albeniz. I don't know how authentic the style is - the dotted rhythms are suspiciously drawn out - but the atmosphere is great: relaxed, open, graceful, and lushly romantic. This hardly balances out the decidedly average performances of the likeable Gershwin tunes, not to mention a truly dreadful and incoherent Bach Chaconne.
