Gramophone
It is a pleasure to recommend this program of Verdi and Puccini arias without reservation. The beautiful voice has never sounded better and the clear well-balanced recording allows us to hear the expressive pointing of meaning and characterization to perfection.

American Record Guide, September / October 2012
Dame Kiri is an excellent Mozart and Strauss singer, but Verdi and Puccini find her at sea. Every one of these tracks sounds the same. This is utterly bland singing but from a soprano blessed with a very beautiful voice.
