Notes & Reviews:

On her CD Doppelgänger, young Bulgarian pianist Dora Deliyska exclusively presents Franz Liszt's piano arrangements of Schubert's Lieder, the texts of which are printed in the booklet. As is explained in the accompanying text, Liszt treats Schubert's Lieder with great respect, unlike his arrangements of other composers. Here, we can also hear Dora Deliyska's love of song, which she developed at an early age as the daughter of an opera singer.
