Notes & Reviews:

"The World of Romanticism" was a subtitle of Sviatoslav Richter's famous music festival "December Nights." Its program comprised compositions by Schubert, Schumann, and Chopin, and ten days were devoted to each composer. This disc includes a performance of Blumenstück, Op. 19 from the opening Schumann night, a performance of Bilder aus Osten by Richter and Lyudmila Berlinskaya, and the Piano Quintet in E-flat Major performed by Richter and the Borodin Quartet.

BBC Music Magazine, August 2013
A fine account of the popular Piano Quintet, but also some rarities.
