Notes & Reviews:

In creating the program for this CD, Mr. Choi's intention was not only to compile his favorite Liszt compositions, but also those that focus on an important theme that recurs in Liszt's music - his fascination with ideas of temptation and the devil's influence. American born with a Korean heritage, this is Choi's second release on Cambria.

American Record Guide, March / April 2013
Rufus Choi looks like an extremely well dressed wrestler - or maybe a football player. His performances of Liszt emphasize raw emotion and technical brilliance. Choi's account is lively and full-throated.
