Notes & Reviews:

For Naïve's 10th anniversary of recording activity with Lise de la Salle, now 24 years-old, they offer a beautiful 6 discs set of outstanding performances in diverse repertoires; Mozart, Rachmaninov, Bach, Chopin, Ravel, Prokofiev, Shostakovich and Liszt. The bonus DVD includes a 93' recital recorded in Paris' beautiful Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord.

International Piano, July/August 2013
De la Salle takes her Steinway to dynamic extremes. The effect is harrowing in the 'Dante' sonata, where her evident virtuosity targets a visceral depiction of Hades. The Schumann is magnificently multicoloured, a great interpretation.
