Album Notes

Audio Remasterer: Robin Cherry.

Liner Note Author: Malcolm MacFarlane.

This single-disc set includes the complete soundtracks for two relatively lesser-known Bing Crosby-led musical comedy films, 1962's The Road to Hong Kong, which starred Crosby, Bob Hope, and Joan Collins, and 1959's Say One for Me, starring Crosby, Robert Wagner, and Debbie Reynolds. Neither film ranks very high on the fan favorites list, but the songs are solid enough on their own to make this collection a must-have for longtime Crosby aficionados, especially as the majority of the material, which was previously unreleased (outside of its original vinyl incarnation), is presented in stereo for the first time. ~ James Christopher Monger
