Album Remarks & Appraisals:
American Record Guide, July/August 2013
Since these rags are mostly upbeat. Taken in small doses they are hugely entertaining. Bill Milkowski's notes fit the style of the music perfectly, and jazz lovers should be very pleased. Others, willing to dip their toes in the harmonic acid, will be both enlightened and delighted as well.
