Notes & Reviews:

Performing these works is two of Italy's most-celebrated pianists. Their readings highlight the unique relationship that exists between piano and orchestra; the former can be seen as a monochromatic version of the latter, with the latter describing the former in polychromatic terms.

American Record Guide, September/October 2013
I found the 3CD set by Damerini and Rapetti on Brilliant for under $10. Their approach to this music is quite spectacular. It does work quite well in Debussy's transcriptions of his own orchestral music: La Mer for one piano four hands; Prelude a l'Apres-midi d'une Faune and Danses Sacre et Profane, both for two pianos.

MusicWeb International, 2nd September 2013
For Debussy completists this issue is self-recommending.
