Notes & Reviews:

The outstanding debut recording of talented 18-year-old Dutch pianist Valentina Tóth, first prizewinner in the 2009 Princess Christina Piano Competition in the Netherlands! Because of her Hungarian roots, Valentina has chosen a beautiful selection of piano pieces by Bartók and Kodály inspired by the Hungarian folk tradition. Although she just finished secondary school and is studying at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, she has already she has been onstage at Carnegie Hall.
