Notes & Reviews:
American Record Guide, November/December 2013
Mielck's music, especially in orchestral technique, shows audible growth from piece to piece. The performances of all the works are able and spirited, with good recorded sound. The excellent notes include texts and translations. I offer Mielck's beautiful F-minor Symphony as further evidence for the prosecution.
