Notes & Reviews:

Wen-Sinn Yang and Adrian Oetiker present a program that could be performed in the concert hall at any time. The recording was made in Studio 2 of the Bavarian Broadcasting Company in June 2012. In particular, the Schubert's Arpeggione is of the highest degree of beauty and sound quality.

American Record Guide, January/February 2014
All of this material is highly demanding in terms both of subtlety of phrasing and virtuosity of fingers and bow. Yang has what it takes and more. He and the just as talented Oetiker play with a highly satisfying blend of rubato and determination, bringing all of this music to our ears in a perfect balance between instruments where both players are at one in their concept of where the music goes. It is played with effortless love, and I loved it. The Fritz Kreisler piece is played with a polish that would impress violinists. Mario Castelnuovo- Tedesco plays amusing games with tunes from Mozart's opera. Brahms turns in a transcription of his famously lyrical song, completing the program with another memorable melody. This is an outstandingly played program of music. It is recorded with clarity and warmth.
