American Record Guide, November/December 2013
I found this very engaging. An interesting, nicely recorded; I came away with a strong appreciation for Chen's artistry and a renewed feeling for the unique and rewarding aspects of the toy piano. It is a testament to the quality of the music, and to Chen's abilities as a performer, that the record is perfectly effective exactly as it is.
