Notes & Reviews:

British concert pianist Warren Mailley-Smith celebrates the music of Frederick Chopin in this attractive solo piano disc, which heralds a groundbreaking cycle of recitals of Chopin's complete works for solo piano to be given by the artist in 2015. Chopin Souvenirs features a well-grouped collection of some of the composer's best-loved works, and at the heart of it all is the glittering Souvenir de Paganini, written when the composer was still a teenager after he heard the legendary violinist in concert.

Fanfare
Prize-winning British pianist Warren Mailley-Smith is another young artist whose career is off to a running start ... any pianist who can overcome my ambivalence towards Chopin and gain my rapt attention for nearly an hour-long program of his works deserves special notice. Mailley-Smith is such a pianist.

Classic FM
This young musician is about to make a huge impression on the classical circuit.

BBC Music Magazine
Rising star ... a great artist of tomorrow.
