Notes & Reviews:

Brand new recordings (2013, Prague) of these three great sonatas, performed by the renowned Czech pianist Radoslav Kvapil. Having performed across the globe, Kvapil is synonymous with the piano repertoire of Dvorak, Smetana, and the other Bohemian/Czech composers whose works he has championed throughout his career. With this album Kvapil turns to some of his biggest inspirations and personal favorites with Beethoven's Piano Sonatas No. 10 in G Major, No. 17 in D Minor 'Tempest', and No. 21 in C Major 'Waldstein'. Brilliantly recorded, flawlessly performed.
