American Record Guide, July/August 2014
Jean-Dominique Krynen (b. 1958) studied music in a variety of settings and is identified in the notes as a "self-taught composer" whose "ceaseless interest in all forms of musical expression supplied him with several fields of activity: teaching, conservatory administration, orchestration, music publishing, and translation". The performances are adequate. The instrumental playing is secure. Notes are in French, English, and German. Texts are in Spanish and Italian with French translations.
