American Record Guide, July/August 2014
Popper-Keizer plays Kodaly's masterpiece with passion and polish. His general enthusiasm and vigor make up for a lot. This is one of the most effective readings I have heard. Gawlick and Popper- Keizer do give us an opportunity to think about it. This recording is recommended for lovers of the curious.
