American Record Guide, March/April 2014
Sue Addison is best known as a sackbut player in England's finest early music ensembles. She sounds best up high, where her tonal purity is quite beautiful, and her control superb. The fine pianist Sally Goodworth collaborates in most of the selections and takes a solo turn in 'Piano Improvisation 4'. Trombonist Emily White matches Addison's tone perfectly in the Purcell. Chi-Chi Nwanoko is the excellent double-bassist, and Francis Kelly the fine harpist.
