Notes & Reviews:

Ignaz Brüll wrote well over 100 piano works, many orchestral and chamber pieces, and numerous operas. Sadly, nearly all of his works have been ignored by the music establishment for over a hundred years, and the public has been denied access to Brüll's qualities as a composer, which were so evident to his friend Johannes Brahms. Brüll deserves to be repositioned alongside friends Brahms, Mahler, and Schumann, and this series from Cameo Classics aims to do just that.
