Notes & Reviews:

For this album, cellist Matthias Bartolomey and pianist Clemens Zeilinger recorded three works from the violoncello literature of the 20th century. Even though the individual works may not share a closer temporal relation there are certain crucial aspects connecting these compositions. On the whole these three pieces share a frequently kindred tonal language or a similar harmonic approach effecting the translation of emotion into music.

American Record Guide, November/December 2014
The playing here is alive and alert. If it interests you, I think it will continue to do so. The real advantage of that one for me is that it is all music by Previn, and most of it is not available elsewhere, and he plays piano in everything.
