Notes & Reviews:

The brilliant young Polish-American pianist Adam Golka has won widespread critical and popular acclaim for his brilliant technique and emotional depth. He has garnered international prizes including the 2008 Gilmore Young Artist Award and first prize in the 2003 China Shanghai International Piano Competition. Brahms was clearly influenced by Beethoven's Hammerklavier Sonata, yet this is the first time these two works have appeared together on a recording. Golka's readings are truly remarkable.
