American Record Guide, July/August 2015
Michal Tal studied with Richard Goode, Gilbert Kalish, and others; she got her doctorate at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is engaged and spunky in her playing, expressive in everything. The sound is close-up but not dry. Notes are in English.
