Arrangements of works by Bach, Brahms and Mexican composer Arturo Marquez accompany works by composers including American Morton Gould. Dr. Rhea is Director of Bands and Music Activities at TAMU since 1995. As Director of Bands he serves as administrative head of the university band program, conductor of the University Wind Symphony, and is the director of the nationally famous "Fightin' Texas Aggie Band".

American Record Guide, March/April 2015
The quality of playing by this college band is variable. Tuttis are often terrific. There are some fine solos and section passages, too.
