Notes & Reviews:
With the release of this performance of Bach's "Italian Concerto," Sony issues the last remaining work from Glenn Gould's recording sessions for Columbia and CBS Masterworks. Gould was a fantastic humourist, and the second CD of this set is drawn from CBC broadcasts. Here here portrays a host of characters, most of whom he developed for his radio shows. Also included is "Critic Call Out Corner" with more witty and satirical Gouldian humour. -H&B
