The dragon was unleashed in 1999, returned in 2001, and then, almost 14 years later -- after handful of reality television gigs and a couple more albums with Dru Hill -- there was Last Dragon, Sisqó's third solo album. Within the first five minutes, the singer reminds doubters that he's a veteran, that he's still "A-list in this bitch," and boasts about his partying prowess. What follows doesn't deviate much from that or the high-spirited salaciousness of Sisqó's earlier output, with productions from One Up Entertainment (nine tracks), Wirlie Morris (who produced Dru Hill's "Never Stop Loving You"), Theodore "MaddScientist" Thomas, and Grand Staff. The sweeter romantic ballads and relatively clean midtempo numbers, including "Love Spell" and "Round & Round," stand out most. ~ Andy Kellman
