Notes & Reviews:

The Ensemble für frühe Musik Augsburg is one of the foremost ensembles of its kind, recipient of critical acclaim and audience enthusiasm since it founding in 1977. Numerous concerts, recordings and radio appearances firmly established their fine reputation. The ensemble brings to life again the Fabulierfreudigkeit of the 12th-15th c. through their improvisational practices, evocative style of presentation and years of intensive musicological research into the music of the Middle Ages. Christophorus' Hildegard von Bingen: Göttliches Licht - Antiphone & Psalmen, was first released in 1997.
