Notes & Reviews:

This specially priced set brings together three previously released recordings by the acclaimed countertenor Bejun Mehta. Included are the albums Ombra cara, Che puro ciel and Down by the Salley Gardens.

Opera Now, February 2016
Mehta certainly has a well-produced voice ... His vocal technique is solid and there is no doubting his artistic integrity.

MusicWeb International, April 2016
Great care has clearly gone into song selection, and in ensuring balance and variety. If you missed these first time around or want to take a plunge into Mehta's repertoire these three discs are all desirable, though Che Puro Ciel is clearly the highlight.
